Orso Funding LLC arranges and provides business financing products including merchant cash advances, business lines of credit, revenue-based financing, equipment financing, and related products. All funding is subject to underwriting approval and the execution of a separate funding agreement.

2. Eligibility

To apply for funding, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Operate a legally registered business in the United States.
• Provide accurate and complete information in your application.
• Have authority to bind the business entity you represent.

3. Application & Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or any particular offer. Orso Funding reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Offers, if made, are subject to the terms stated in the executed funding agreement.

4. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Submitting false information may result in denial of funding, termination of any agreement, and potential legal action.

5. Electronic Communications & E-Sign Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive communications electronically and to execute agreements electronically in accordance with the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA. Electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Orso Funding LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
